BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The SDC Board of Directors is comprised of 5 seats and includes a: president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and member-at-large. Board members serve for a 2-year term with position elections occurring annually. Seats A & C are elected during the fall of each even year, and Seats B, D & E are elected during the fall of each odd year. SDC's board officials also preside over the affairs of SDC-CDS. Two more additional board members may be elected to serve as Members at Large for SDC-CDS. Seat F is elected during the fall of each even year and Seat G is elected during the fall of each odd year.
